2411 Portable Bandsaw Mill
Model 2411 Sawmill      
This sawmill is excellent for people sawing for small projects such as sheds,campsand garages. It will saw a large 24" diameter log. The 2411 sawmill is a modified
4 post head making it an extremely rugged unit. The blade tracks on 20"
diameter cast wheels with replaceable rubber inserts. The blade is supported top
and bottom for full support. The front cover opens to allow easy access for
changing the blade. All you need to do is loosen 2 bolts, remove the blade and
then torque the new one back on. The saw dust comes out the opposite side of the
operator. The 2411 sawmill has a lot of features not found elsewhere for similiar prices-
lube tank and a torque wrench for blade tension. The diameter of the wheel the
blade tracks on helps to ensure longer blade life. These wheels are 20" in diameter with have 3 greaseable bearings. The mill has been proven to saw 250,000 board feet if maintained properly. This sawmill may be our smallest machine but it still has the same clutch system and wheel diameter as the 8020 which provids the same quality cut but in a more affortable package.
