8020 Portable Bandsaw Mill

Model 8020 Sawmill (6" wider frame)

The 8020 is the most powerful bandsaw mill we make. It features a 20hp OHV Honda engine with electric start, track length 20' (16'6" max log length), and 6 fixed log bunks. The 8020 sawmill is designed around a modified 4 post frame which provides greater support for the saw head leading to a better cut. The 6 bunk track design allows for less setup time, increases log support and adds rigidity to the track. The head moves up and down in increments of an 1/8 of an inch. It also has a downward breaking system. Sawdust comes out the opposite side of the operator. The blade produces a truer cut with the movable blade guide and fixed blade guide system that allows for a 32" board to be sawed. The blade tensioner dosen’t require you to reset the blade tracking when changing the blade. Additional track lengths and styles are available.
